1. Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by Quickie Business Services LLC, a U.S. company that provides commercial business funding (direct lending / working capital) at tryquickie.com.
2. How customers opt in
Account / transactional texts (required to use SMS features):
- The customer starts a funding application on our website.
- On the phone-verification step, they enter their mobile number.
- They must check an unchecked consent box (shown below) before the “Send code” button becomes available.
- No SMS is sent until that box is checked. Consent is therefore captured before the first message.
Marketing texts (separate, optional): a second, independent, unchecked checkbox is offered on the phone-verification step and on our resource-download forms. It is clearly labeled as optional and not a condition of applying, purchasing, or funding. Marketing SMS is sent only to numbers whose owner checked that box; the grant is stored with a timestamp and source for audit. Leaving it unchecked never affects the application.
The mock screen below is the exact consent UI used in production. Privacy policy: tryquickie.com/privacy.
3. Exact consent language
I agree to receive account text messages from Quickie Business Services LLC about my funding application and account (status updates, offers, funding confirmations, payment reminders, and payment alerts) at the number I provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
4. Opt-in screen (as shown in the app)
We'll text you a code to confirm it's really you.
5. What messages are sent
The account program sends account / transactional SMS only: application status, offer notices, funding confirmations, payment reminders, and payment alerts. No marketing or promotional SMS is sent under account-texts consent. One-time login codes use a separate Twilio Verify channel.
Marketing / promotional SMS (offers, promotions, funding tips) is sent only to customers who separately checked the optional marketing-texts box described in Section 2, and stops immediately on STOP. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of applying, purchasing, or funding.
6. Opt out and help
- STOP — opt out of SMS
- HELP — get help (or email support@tryquickie.com)
