Getting started

Documents Needed to Get Funded

Minimum to start

Most operators begin with:

  • Legal business name and EIN
  • Owner identity details (as requested in-app)
  • Active business bank account ready to connect via Plaid
  • A specific use of funds

That package is enough to generate a decision path for many files. Extra documents appear when verification needs them.

Often requested before funding release

Depending on the file, Quickie may ask for:

  • Government-issued photo ID (owner)
  • Proof of business (articles, EIN letter, or similar)
  • Proof of business address (lease, utility, or comparable)
  • Personal financial statement at higher sizes
  • Clarifications on large transfers, stacking, or NSF activity

Exact requirements are file-specific. Funding is not released until required checks clear.

What speeds you up

  • Connect the correct operating account on the first try
  • Match application names to formation docs
  • Answer verification messages the same day
  • Keep personal spend out of the business account story

What slows you down

  • Incomplete applications
  • Personal accounts used as “business”
  • Undisclosed daily/weekly facilities
  • Ignoring ID or KYB prompts

When you are ready, apply — it takes about five minutes.

FAQ

Do I need tax returns?

Not always for a standard working-capital ask. Larger or more complex files may request tax returns or a personal financial statement.

Do I need collateral paperwork?

Standard structure does not require real-estate collateral. A personal guarantee is typical. Your agreement describes security interests and UCC filings if applicable.
